I found her today off union chapel rd in noblesville I tried taking her to the shelter in fishers but they were closed by the time I found her the one in Anderson was open where I live and confirmed she had a chip I tried contacting the owners but the people who answered had no idea who’s dog I was talking about the chips info says the owner is Robert brown and Jessica brown the address from the chip was registered to Ohio so I’m guessing they just moved I’ll be taking her to the fishers shelter first thing in the morning
