Diluted tortie, claws intact, does not seem to have had babies. Unsure if fixed. She was found in the middle of the road very scared and would not move until we picked her up. Does this cat belong to anyone? She lives outside near Washington and Spencer and is super sweet. Not sure if she’s spayed, no microchip, no collar with a name/contact info. Her fur is a bit matted in some spots, it feels like she might have mange/some kind issue with her skin, she’s fairly small. Proof of ownership is required.
