Unsure if microchipped, I cannot get out of my complex.

Found stray at Yorktowne farms. Friendly, but he was frozen and yowling. He has been a community cat here for a long time, but I want to check to see if anyone knows of someone who is missing a cat and maybe he just happened to find a pack.

Not neutered. I’m sure he’s a community stray but he’s chunky.

Very timid and scared and cold.
