Found two male dogs wandering on Union and Arizona. Super friendly but unfortunately no collars. One is fixed, one isn’t. We took them to Noah’s Animal Hospital and determined neither are microchipped. Currently hanging out in my backyard until Indy Humane opens. They have food, shade, and water.
