Found his sweet boy on my walk with my dogs this afternoon Monday Marcg 9th around 1:20pm. Near the corner of 22nd & New Jersey St. He continued to follow us on walk and ended up following us home. He is in our backyard now. He has a nice collar and what appears to be a luggage tag attached to that. He is very friendly and appears to be well taken care of. I took him into the vet at 25th and Central he is chipped but chip is not registered.
