Anyone recognize this dog? I have tied her in my backyard for now and called Animal Control as she is very emaciated. Can’t tell from the pictures but her sides are completely sunk in and you can feel every bone in her body. I gave a little food to not mess up her stomach and some water.  She is very friendly, but my two dogs were not as nice. Very young and just wants to play. 46th street between Arlington and Emerson.

Found medium golden brown dog wearing a green harness with a leash attached (KONG red letter brand). May have escaped from owner. Earlier sighting running scared from the Stratford Apartments at 3177 Watergate Rd (30th St area) to 34th St By Moller Road. I was able to catch up to him, gain its trust and slowly grab his leash. He seems to be maybe 2-3yrs old male. Almost got hit by cars. Not microchipped and will be taken to Indy Animal Care Services Tuesday, today Monday, closed due to holiday.
