Chip is mostly brown on brown with white on his chest and paws. 50-60lbs. and approximately 6 years old. He is almost completely blind and you can see the discoloration of his pupils when you look at his face. He does respond to his name. He is friendly, but barks when he is scared and can’t see what is going on. He is not much of a treat dog, but will not usually turn down table scraps.
