Found on Washington and Emerson on the East side around 11:30 PM. She recently had puppies it looks like . Wet, and cold. She’s sweet. Came right to our car when we opened the door to let her in. She’s very scared. Kept crying the whole car ride. Proof of ownership is required to take this dog! She was fed , given water and shelter.blue collar and a rope around the collar that’s broken off like she was tied to something and escaped.
