He is definitely not fully grown but so so incredibly friendly! He has food & water but I’m not able to bring him inside and it’s breaking my heart. Male, intact Geman Shepherd. Looked like he could be mixed. Black and brown shepherd markings. Closer to the size of a lab. Skinny, but friendly and not skittish. I made contact and pet him but couldn’t get him into my car. Headed south on Lasalle from 10th.
