Dog was found in the Emerson Heights/Little Flower area along 10th and Riley. Very sweet and scared. No collar. Has a skin issue and possible wound on its back. The dog is currently in the care of a neighbor who is taking it to to the vet to check for microchip.

We saw two dogs today. both look like Chihuahuas. One is black white and gray. The other is tan and cream colored. The tan and cream colored dog looks to have a tumor on one of his eyelids. They would not come to me when I called or else we would’ve brought them in but they have been out in the rain for hours
