My mom’s dog, Ying, the missing dog from the Southeast Side of Indianapolis, has been spotted by several people on the southeast wide of downtown Indianapolis. He went missing on 9/13/23. He was last seen near Harding Street and Division. My mom and dad went looking and many people spotted him in the area. If you are in the area or know anyone in that area, please let us know. He is a friendly dog, but very fast. He will not bite, but you can’t chase him. Thank you for your support and help.
