Deceased German shepherd on I-70W (left shoulder) just before the Sam Jones Expressway exit. The dog was near mile marker 75.9. I am pretty sure it was a German shepherd and not a coyote. There is a shoulder that you can park on along this section if you want to check the dog for a collar or microchip. Attaching photo of area where the dog was seen. Male dog with red collar. Predominantly brown. Seems to have had a bark collar or electric fence collar. Seemed like a sweet dog, but when got close to his collar to look for possible phone number, it became skittish.
