We saw this dog loose without a collar around 43rd and Evanston this morning. We attempted to get closer to get a better picture but it was not willing to come near us. it’s back looked pretty skinny and bony so I think the poor thing’s not getting enough food as it wanders. Eventually it wandered into an alley at 43rd between Crittenden and Norwaldo, heading north from 43rd. Please let me know if you need any further info.
