Female dog looks like she may have recently had puppies. She’s laying on blankets near the paved trail in Washington Park in Martindale-Brightwood. She has some small sores and one gunky eye but otherwise looks healthy. It looks like someone dumped her. She let me approach and pet and take a red ribbon off that was tied around her neck. Has a green leash around here as well. She stood up as I approached and then laid back down and I can’t get her to get to to walk. I’m walking my dogs and can’t take her with me as one isn’t strange dog friendly and I don’t have a garage or anywhere to house her separately as it gets cold
