Looks to be a Plott hound/pitbull mix. Dark brown in color with distinct black tiger stripes. Stocky and short. A friend found him at the intersection of Capitol and 23rd but could not keep him, and now I have him in Broad Ripple. Taking him to the vet to see if he’s chipped today
