She has a faded red collar but only has the rabies tag on it, no owner phone number or anything. She looks like she may have dried blood or mud on the sides of her face. She’s sweet but she’s skiddish at first but I was able to coax her with treats and peanut butter, she let me pet her and look at her collar. I don’t want her to get hit by a car or attacked by a dog or person.

For clarification, Speedway Animal Rescue and the town of Speedway are 2 entirely separate entities.
