Large male German Shepherd found near 10th and Brookside Avenue on Indianapolis’ near east side. He is elderly and has hip issues, but is very sweet and friendly. He is microchipped and the registered name is Caesar, though he doesn’t seem to respond to it. Was found wearing a faded collar that may have been red originally. Proof of ownership will be required to claim.
