We found this small dog Friday evening in Beech Grove on south 4th Ave, just south of Churchman. Main crossroads are Emerson and Churchman. Its hair is somewhat matted and it was all wet and was stumbling. Proof of ownership is required. This poor little dog does have a family and it is very scared!
