Found two young male cats in the middle of 22nd and Arlington scared an eating food out of the middle of the street. They are very friendly was very hungry but smelled like they just got a bath. I brought them in an put them in a spare room until I can get them checked for a chip or find their home. I gave them food that they scarfed down.
