I work at Lockerbie Loft apartments downtown. I received some disturbing information that the owners of this dog were so tired of him that they tied him to a pole outside near this area. The owners will not give our friend any other information than that. PLEASE let me know if you can find him! We will find him a forever loving home. I took a video of him when she was watching him so I provided a picture of him. He is a mini Berna doodle and his name is Smokie
