Found dog on Pleasant run & Ransdell right off Raymond Street. He has two different colored eyes. One brown, one bright blue. He isn’t hungry won’t touch food but is very thirsty. He stinks so bad 😞 I cannot keep him unfortunately can someone come get him. He’s been out here playing with a other little male dog and he is doing so good with him, not aggressive at all. He seems to be such a good dog. I’m going to be so sad when I have to go inside. Anyone?
