Very sweet black male cat. Looks like a domestic medium hair. He is over here on Hoefgen Street by the library. Bright green eyes. Not fixed. He is very skinny under all the hair, and appears as if he has just been in a fight. There is a scratch next to one of his eyes. He walks right up to you, loves being held, and acts as if he isn’t sure how to navigate being outside, leading me to believe he isn’t a stray.
