I did not take a picture. A dog was hit at approx 7:15am this morning on Raceway Rd. 2300 block, around the crossing of the B&O trail. I saw the car stop and then drive on. I went out to check and he was deceased. I heard the impact from inside my house, so I’m guessing it was instantaneous. He is located off the north-west edge of the road in the grass. He looks like a Rottweiler or Doberman. Mostly black with brown accents
