Very small black curly dog..looks to be a poodle mix of some sorts. Dog was freezing so I have brought it inside and placed in garage due to my other dogs. Has food water blanket and heater. Dog did have a harness on so I will need proof of what type of harness and a pic to go with dog to prove ownership. Not able to get out and see if it’s microchipped due to daughter being sick
