Small scruffy brown dog, possible terrier, with pink collar, running on N CR-900 E (between E CR-100 N and E CR-200 N, across from the fire station) in Avon/Hendricks County. Stopped to try to get dog out of middle of road and she bolted towards neighborhood on west side of 900 E. Two other cars were pulled aside trying to keep her out of traffic.
