Small terrier mix that is white with black splotches. Could have been tri-color but was hard to tell. Scavenging for food at the marathon gas station (1224 S Harding St) off of W Morris St and South harding st. Wouldn’t come to me when called. May have continued south along harding or gone into the neighborhoods behind the gas station
