Seen dog, chiwawa – yellow, crossing Pendleton Pike Rd. towards Walmart gas station today aprox.on 10AM. Thanks God, cars were far enough. I turned around and went to fallow her/him, but lost sight after I parked. Looked like long hair, at least around head, that’s all I could notice.
