Very friendly girl found at KIPP Elementary on the east side of Indy on 9/19. Very matted and skin and bones – I’d estimate 20-25 lbs after a few proper meals. Black fur, very curly, no tail (just a nub). She looks gray where the mats were cut out. Looks like she could have poodle or terrier somewhere in her family tree with the beard / ‘stache combo.
