Dog Sighting: on Fuller Drive 1 block South of W. Washington St, before Delmar Ave. Last seen at 4:45 pm – the dog was in the AT & T parking lot, looking lost & scared. It was wearing a collar. I only saw from a distance – looked brown, maybe bring me, short hair. I couldn’t get close. (The AT&T building is behind the Chase Bank on W. Washington St.)
