Was hit by a car on Washington St by the taco truck located at
4838 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46241

Car did not stop. Witnesses picked up doggo and carries him on the side. Sadly he passed away. Someone laid a blanket on top of him. Doggo had a colar but no information on it. If you are the owners please talk to the people at the taco truck for more information.
