Black dog with a white spot on chest running north on Shadeland Ave just north of I-70. Followed into the Western Select area but could not catch. Seemed like a sweet dog, maybe a female. Tired and thin, but too scared to take water or Cheerios. Lost sight of her between buildings 30 and 50. Came back a couple hours later with better snacks but couldn’t find.
