This cat seems friendly. Not ear tipped. Missing large areas of fur on both sides of the neck and on the left flank that look more like a shaven area with healing puncture wounds than a skin condition. Sex unknown.
Unsure of sex or if it has a chip at this time. It has food, water, and outside shelter, but is not contained.
